Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of crackin.co.in (“crackin”, “we”), operated by [OPERATOR NAME], [CITY, STATE]. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use crackin.
1. Who can use crackin
You may use crackin if you can form a binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read these terms, agree to them on your behalf and make any purchase.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. One account is for one person.
- Do not share your account or let others use your plan. We may suspend accounts that show shared or automated use.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [GRIEVANCE EMAIL] if you think it has been misused.
3. Free and paid content
- Past-year papers, today’s Daily RC and LRDI set, and the free tiers listed on Plans are free.
- Paid plans unlock the content listed for that plan on the Plans page at the time you buy. Access is tied to the email of the account the plan was bought for.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Plans are one-time payments; nothing renews automatically.
- A plan stays valid for the period stated when you buy it, or, if none is stated, until the end of the exam season it was sold for.
- Content we mark as “coming soon” or “launching” is a plan, not a promise of a date. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
4. What you may and may not do
Everything on crackin — mocks, questions we write, solutions, notes, flashcards, analytics and design — is licensed to you for your own, personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, screenshot for distribution, resell or republish any of it, including on Telegram, WhatsApp or other groups;
- bypass a lock, a paywall, rate limits or any security measure, or access the site with bots;
- upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing through the suggestion box or any other form.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.
5. Accuracy and results
We work hard to keep questions, answer keys and solutions correct, but errors happen — please report them through the suggestion box. Scores, percentiles, ranks, predicted cut-offs and exam countdowns are estimates. crackin does not guarantee any score, rank, admission or result. See the Disclaimer.
6. Guarantee engine
The “Guarantee engine” and its money-back promise are not on sale yet. Its eligibility rules, conditions and claim process will be published as separate terms before it is sold, and only those terms will govern it.
7. Leaderboard and community
If you appear on the leaderboard, your display name and points are visible to other users. The leaderboard is for motivation, not an official ranking.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features and content, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. If we permanently remove something central to a plan you paid for, the Refund Policy applies.
9. Liability
crackin is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY, STATE] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
11. Grievances and contact

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use crackin after a change means you accept it. Changes do not reduce what you get from a plan you have already bought.
