Refund Policy

crackin plans are digital content that opens the moment you buy. Because of that, this is how refunds and cancellations work.

When you get a full refund

• Duplicate or failed payments — charged twice, or charged but the plan never opened. Write to us within 7 days.
• Nothing used yet — you ask within 7 days of buying and have not opened any content that only the plan unlocks.
• We remove the plan — if we permanently withdraw a plan or the main content it was sold for, we refund the unused part.

When refunds are not given

• After any paid mock, test, notes chapter or archive item has been opened on the plan.
• For a missed exam, a changed exam pattern or date, a score you are unhappy with, or a change of mind after use.
• For accounts suspended for sharing, scraping or other breaches of the Terms of Use.

Cancellation

Plans are one-time payments and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the plan’s validity ends.

How to ask

Email [GRIEVANCE EMAIL] from your account’s email with the payment reference. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show it.

Guarantee engine
